Toni Will serves as General Manager and Governor of the Kalamazoo Wings and is the franchise's first female General Manager. A Kalamazoo-area native, Will has led the organization since February 2015 and represents the K-Wings on the ECHL Board of Governors.

During her tenure, Will has helped guide the organization through significant growth and change while strengthening the K-Wings’ connection to the Southwest Michigan community. She currently serves on the ECHL Board of Governors Executive Committee. She has held several league leadership roles, including Chair of the ECHL Team Services Committee and Hockey Is For Everyone Committee.

Prior to joining the K-Wings, Will spent more than a decade in banking leadership, including serving as a Vice President overseeing 42 branches across West Michigan. She later transitioned into economic development, working with the Kalamazoo Regional Chamber of Commerce and Southwest Michigan First before making the move into professional sports.

Brad embraces his career and considers it an honor to support, counsel, coach and mentor his K-Wings Front Office staff, Hockey Operations department and K-Wings players. Brad spent his first 32 years in business as owner of The VandenBerg Company, a manufacturer’s representative company in the apparel industry. Sixteen years ago, Brad was offered a leadership role at Greenleaf Hospitality Group and Stadium Management Corporation, which has since evolved into the role of Team President of the Kalamazoo Wings. Brad is a graduate of Western Michigan University, lives with a ‘family-first’ mentality, and loves boating, playing golf and saltwater fishing.

The 2025-26 season is the fourth season for Martin as Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations of the K-Wings, and seventh overall on the coaching staff with the previous three spent as the team's assistant coach. This follows a playing career that spanned 15 seasons across all levels of professional hockey. On January 18, 2021, Martin was inducted into the ECHL Hall of Fame. Martin is no stranger to Kalamazoo, as the former player, assistant and now head coach played nine seasons for the K-Wings before retiring after the 2017-18 season. Currently, Martin ranks No. 1 in ECHL history for career 30-plus win seasons (3), is fifth in ECHL history for career wins (200), and he put together the third-best season by any ECHL goaltender, posting 36 victories in 2015-16. Martin resides in Kalamazoo with his wife Caroline and sons, Louis and Thomas.

McCreary enters his second season on the K-Wings staff after serving as the president & director of hockey operations for the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks (NAHL | 2022-24) and head coach & general manager of the Danbury Hat Tricks (FPHL | 2019-20, 2022-24).

The Southhampton, ON native's playing career spanned parts of six seasons at multiple levels from 2007 thru 2012, winning the SPHL Championship with Huntsville in 2009-10 after playing collegiately at Providence & Curry colleges (2003-07).

McCreary also comes with an NHL pedigree, as both his father and grandfather played in the NHL.

Tanner Sorenson enters his first season off the ice for the K-Wings in 2025-26, after assistant coaching for Merrimack College last season. No stranger to Kalamazoo, Sorenson played six seasons for the Wings (2015-2017, 2018-2020, 2021-22, 2023-24) totaling 91 goals and 137 assists in 310 games, picking up an ECHL Player of the Month award in January, 2019. One of the team's three Anchorage, AK natives (Strand & Walker), also had brief stints with the Nottingham Panthers (England), Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk (Kazakhstan), EHC Winterthur (Switzerland), Utica (AHL), and Alaska (ECHL). Before entering the pros, Sorenson played four years for Michigan State University (2011-2015) charting 18 goals and 17 assists for the Spartans.
