Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL, three-time defending North Division Champions and National Hockey League affiliate to the Vancouver Canucks, and American Hockey League’s Chicago Wolves announce the K-Wings will return home to Wings Stadium for a pair of games Thanksgiving weekend.
After concluding a four-game road trip on Thanksgiving against the Fort Wayne Komets, The K-Wings will return home on Friday, November 23rd with a 7:30 p.m. face-off versus the Komets on WNWN Rivalry Night and FANomenal Friday, featuring $2 beer, $1 Pepsi and $1 hot dogs. Country recording artist Dani Jamerson will be performing the National Anthem prior to the face-off.
Kalamazoo will conclude the week on Sunday, November 25th with a 3 p.m. face-off versus the Toledo Walleye on the first Family Hockey Day in the ‘Zoo, presented by Consumers Credit Union, Bronson Orthopedics Sports Medicine, Meijer, Charter Media and MLive. During all Sunday home games all kids eat FREE and the K-Wings players will have a post game skate with the fans immediately after the contest.
Adding to the pregame excitement, Meijer will have its FREE interactive Fan Truck in the parking lot from 1:30-3:30 p.m., featuring a photo booth and activities for kids.
Single-game and season tickets for the 2012-2013 season are on sale at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office. Ticket Office hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday’s. To charge tickets by phone, please call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000.
Tickets for all K-Wings home games are $13 and $17.50 for adults and only $7 for kids ages 14 and under. The price for all K-Wings premium night games (all colored ice games and New Year’s Eve game) are just $1 more.
Fans can save money by purchasing K-Wings single-game tickets in advance because tickets purchased on the day of a game increase by $2 (adults only).
