Game Preview Starting a stretch of three straight games against one another, the Kalamazoo Wings and Orlando Solar Bears will meet tonight at the Amway Center. This will be the first trip to Orlando for Kalamazoo since the 1999-00 season, when the K-Wings were a member of the International Hockey League.
Preparing for their most grueling portion of their schedule, tonight will begin a stretch of six games in nine nights for the K-Wings. This evening will also commence a four-game road trip for Kalamazoo, who is 2-2-0-0 away from Wings Stadium.
With one win, in their last four games, the Solar Bears will begin the night tied for third place in the South Division. Tonight will begin a three-game home stand, all against Kalamazoo, for Orlando, who is 3-2-1-1 at the Amway Center.
