Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL, two-time defending North Division Champions, reigning Eastern Conference Champions and National Hockey League affiliate to the Vancouver Canucks and New Jersey Devils and American Hockey League’s Albany Devils, announce goaltender Maxime Clermont has been reassigned by the New Jersey Devils to the K-Wings.
Clermont, who went 13-10-1-2 in the regular season for the K-Wings, allowed two goals in yesterday’s 2-1 loss from Albany over the Syracuse Crunch.
In separate transactions, the K-Wings have placed Prab Rai on the Playoff Reserve List and have released Tom Schaul as their emergency conditioned goaltender.
The K-Wings will continue the Kelly Cup Playoffs with game three of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals this Wednesday, April 18th with a 7:05 p.m. face-off versus the South Carolina Stingrays at the North Charleston Coliseum.
Kalamazoo and South Carolina will tangle in game four of the series this Friday, April 20th at 7:05 p.m. at the North Charleston Coliseum. If necessary, game five of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals will occur on Saturday, April 21st at 7:05 p.m. at the North Charleston Coliseum.
Tickets for the K-Wings round two playoff games are $16.05 and $19.95 for adults, $15.05 for seniors (62 years and older) and military (with proper ID) and only $10.05 for kids ages 12 and under. Fans can save money by purchasing K-Wings single game tickets in advance because tickets purchased on the day of a game increase by $1.
